ORDERS & SHIPPING:
How long after I order, can I expect my order to ship?
- To limit our footprint, we pick/pack and ship our product weekly. You can expect your order to be processed and shipped the Thursday after your order is placed.
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
- We use Fedex ground, Fedex 2 day and Fedex overnight.
- Lead times depend on your location.
- Ground shipments: East Coast orders take 1-2 days. Midwest orders take 2-3 days. West Coast orders take 5-7 days.
- Fedex 2 day: 2 days
- Fedex Overnight: 1 day
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?
- Please understand that is of utmost importance that we ensure you look amazing. If by chance, you received a damaged order, please email us at info@llowel.com to make a claim and accept our apologies. We will review your claim, and do everything we can to make it right.
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
- What the what!? That is a tragedy, first of all. With porch pirating at an all time high, we can only guarantee your package makes it to your doorstep. If there is an issue with the carrier, we can work with you and our shipping partners to create a claim for lost parcels. In the

RETURN POLICY:
What is your return policy?
- 14 days, unworn, unwashed, tags in place.
After 14 days, you can exchange or do store credit.
- Restocking fee for returns - $7/order

When can I expect my refund?
- This is dependent upon our payment processor partner. It is usually 7-10 business days from when we receive the returned product.
